I do my best work with women who are successful on the outside, but quietly disconnected on the inside. Women who want to reconnect with themselves, remember what lights them up, and create deeper, more energetic relationships with their spouse, children, and the people they love.

My journey to joy wasn’t neat or predictable.

I’m an identical twin and a product of divorce. In 2013, my life changed forever when I lost my grandfather, Allan — and just ten days later, my fiancé, Neil. In 2021, I lost my father, Wayne, due to complications from COVID. Grief reshaped me in ways I couldn’t have imagined.

Today, I’m a wife and a proud mom to two incredible boys, Beckett and Bronson. My oldest is autistic, and through him, I am constantly learning about him, about myself, and about how deeply unique and sensitive the human experience truly is. That journey has profoundly changed how I understand connection, regulation, communication, and love.

The heartbreak I’ve experienced shook me to my core. But it also softened me. It taught me how resilient people are, how deeply we need one another, and how much healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported.

That’s when I knew my work wasn’t about pushing people to “do more”, it was about helping them come back to themselves.

I created my coaching practice, Designed for Joy, to help women break free from survival mode, rebuild self-trust, and create lives that feel good on the inside, not just look good on the outside. Using grounded coaching tools, nervous-system awareness, and frameworks like Human Design, I guide women to set healthy boundaries, have honest conversations, reconnect to joy, and trust themselves again.

Through my coaching, my programs, and the conversations we host on Bitchin & Boozin, my goal is simple:
to remind women that they aren’t broken… they’re overwhelmed. Joy is not selfish, it’s simply allowed.

My work isn’t just about growth or success. It’s about walking beside you as you reconnect to who you are, what you want, and the life you’re meant to live.

You were designed for joy.

let’s get started.
